The manufacture, purchase, sale, acquisition, disposal, distribution, import, export and, in general, the marketing, on its own behalf or for third parties, of all kinds of metal, plastic and fiberglass parts for industry, injection molds plastic, metallic or of any other kind; transportation, within Mexico or abroad and by any means, of manufactured products; acquire and dispose of shares, securities and social participations of national or foreign companies, as well as participate in any type of business or company; acquire, own, lease, transfer, operate, encumber, dispose of, manage and sale all types of movable and immovable property that are necessary to carry out the purpose of the Company; establish, acquire, own, lease, operate and manage establishments, offices, facilities and equipment deemed necessary, adequate and practical to carry out the indicated objects
